Object description
Location / Access / Distances
The plot is situated at about 50 kilometers east of Talca, capital of the region and about 30 kilometers to San Clemente, the closest town.
This attractive plot is just a few kilometers away from the well-known National Reserve Altos del Lircay (Vilches).
The last 13 kilometers of the access road are gravel road, but in a good condition.
Development / Existing constructions
The plot is, except of the paved access road, not developed. At a distance of about 100 meters, there is a connection to the public drinking water supply.
The power supply (230 V) can also be reached over the same short distance.
The final landline phone connection is passed up to a restaurant, situated 2 kilometers away. Communication by mobile phone is possible without any problems.
There are no buildings on the plot.
Topography
The plot can be separated in two parts. The size of the upper part of the plot is about 3,15 ha. The lower part is situated on a relatively steep, but well accessible slope and the lowlands bordering the creek Vilches.
Vegetation
Eucalyptus and pine trees are planted on the upper part of the plot.
Native forest like Coihue, Canela and many other native trees and bushes grow on the slope as well at the lowlands.

There are no restrictions concerning the construction of buildings on the plot.
The plot is in a save and very quiet touristy area with a great view to the creek Vilches and the valley of the same name.
