Location / Access / Distances

This plot with a mostly natural finish is located in the southern foothills of the National Reserve Altos de Lircay - also known as Vilches.
The property can be reached from the Camino Internacional over a 1,5 kilometers long gravel path, which is in relatively good condition. The distance from the road junction to the town of San Clemente is about 45 kilometers and from there another 30 kilometers to Talca, capital of the region.

Development / Existing constructions

Years ago, there was made and accorded an application to authorize the felling of trees, valid for the whole area. A plot plan exists for about 6 ha.
There is a cabin with a swimming pool on a partial area of 0,5 ha. The power supply is considered for about 10 connections and placed up tho the existing cabin.

Topography

The plot is bordered by the river Claro and on the other side by the mountain La Campana. A long the river is a nearly flat, undulating area of about 30 % of the plot. The following hillside, moderately steep, claims another 25 % and the remaining 45 % are along the steep, with rock and some tableland composed hillside of the mountain La Campana.

Vegetation

The natural cover is, with a few exceptions, the original vegetation and characterized by old Coihue trees like Roble or Rauli. The shrub is also consistent to the vegetation for which the National Reserve is known for.

Note

The torrent Aqua de Cerro La Campana flows through the plot towards the river Claro. He supplies the whole plot with clear water. The rights of use are recorded in the cadastral register.
