Location / Access / Distances

The hotel is situated in the chilean "Lake Region", also named "Little South", directly on the pacific coast.
The distance to San José de la Mariquina, the closest city, is about 27 km on a recently well developped road.
The distance to the regional city Valdivia (with the nearest airport) is about 80 km. Due to the very good road conditions, Valdivia can be reached within about one hour by car. There you can find also a German School. The distance to Puerto Montt is about 290 km and to Santiago, the capital city, about 760 km.

Development

The property is connected to the public electricity network and a own spring garantuees the self-sufficient water supply. The spring water flows over the parcel and supplies the ponds and by pipe-system all buildings. The wastewater disposal is controled through a new built cesspool. The kitchen is connected by a grease separator to the wastewater system.

The hotel with a effective surface of 493 m² has 10 rooms, all of them with view to the sea, which is just 80 m away.
The restaurant offers, under normal operation, place for 35 guests. A further increase of the seating is possible without any problems. The open fireplace and the bar are part of the homelike ambiance. A walk-in wine-cellar adjoins to the restaurant. Furthermore the reception, a library (which can also be used for small conferences and family celebrations), the kitchen (with a large gas- and wood-oven, dishwasher), a storage room and a utility room are in the hotel building.
The hotel building is surrounded by two terraces. One of them offers view to the sea and the sunset, the other is very well wind-protected with view to the garden.
A smaller house offers accomodation for the employees. It can also be used by the owner himself.
A biger storage room with work-shop was built for the whole garden equipment and the instruments. There is also a laundry with washing machines and a proper storage room for the firewood.
There is a natural pond in the spacious garden. The natural pond is supplied over a waterfall with the own spring water.
The swimming pool is situated in another part of the garden. A sauna is under construction.

Equipment

All rooms are comfortably equiped. They have large bathrooms, seating places an offer a lot of space. Each room has its own TV.
At the receptions, there is Internet as well as a hotel safe at the disposal of the guests.

Note

The property will be sold as an operating company with the complete client base and the informations of the co-operation partners. Included are also the whole necessary equipment, such as table linen for the restaurant, bed linen for the hotel, tableware, cookware, etc.
The size of the property offers to the future owner a lot of space for the implementation of new creative ideas and concepts.
