The property is located in the middle of Nahuelbuta mountain range, on the shores of beautiful Lake Lanalhue, 15 miles distant from the town of Contulmo; 170 kilometers from Concepción, capital of the region of Bío Bío, and 180 kilometers from Temuco, capital of the region of La Araucanía.
The access road is paved. The house is located inside a village.

Realty

A private beach 33 meters long provides access to the lake. A wooden pier, 20 meters long facilitates the practice of all sorts of water sports and fishing, especially fishing for carp in the mode catch and release.
Around the house there is a rich variety of native species as hualles, boldos, myrtles, maquis and Copihue (national flower of Chile).

Note

The lake area of Lanalhue is heavily influenced by the architecture whose German settlers populating this territory when it was still indigenous area in the mid-19th century.
