Location / Access / Distances

The distance to the capital of the region, Temuco is just about 120 kilometers and to the closest border crossing to Argentina, just 76 kilometers.
Pucón itself has a little airport.
The way from Pucón to the plot with the lots of 5,000 qm each, passes over a 3 kilometers long paved road and a 2,4 kilometers long well-maintained gravel road. The entrance to the lots is paved and also the gravel road will be paved soon.
The biggest shopping mall of the area is just 3,5 kilometers away. Also school, hospital and swimming lake are easily accessible.
The skilifts at the volcano Villarrica are only 25 kilometers away.

Development / Existing constructions

The offered lots no. 3-2 and 3-6 have view to the Lake Villarica and of course, also the surrounding mountains.
The development of the totally 8 lots is completed. Three-phase alternating current is passed below grade and accessible for all building lots.
