West end of Lake Lapparent.
Paved road coming from Coihaique, until Villa Cerro Castillo (100 km). 20 km south of Villa Cerro Castillo on Carretera Austral (Austral Road), access by El Manso.
9 km of pretty bad path, recommendable for 4WD vehicles, straight to the property.
Property limits directly to that road.

Topography

Peninsula at the outflow of Lake Lapparent (25 sq. km surface).
The property has roughly 1 km of coastline.
Lightly hilly terrain. Rocky coast as well as several sandy beaches (fine, black volcanic sand) and shallow parts.
The "big bay", to the east, surrounded by rock walls, form a natural limit.

Vegetation

All wooded: South beech trees (Nothofagus species). Tall and older trees, which could be partially utilized for construction, as well as young, naturally grown trees.
Shrubs like Calafate, Laura, Michay, Chaura; Strawberries (all endemic plants).
Area is known as one of the most interesting places for fly-fishermen. 10 kg salmon!
