You can move anonimously on all public pages of vivest. All data saved into a protocol file on every access to our Website and on any file fetch is not person related; we cannot retrace which user fetched what data. We don't use Google Analytics on our Website.

In detail every search saves the following data set:

• name of the retrieved file,
• date and time of the retrieval,
• data amount transmitted,
• notice if the retrieval was succesful,
• description of the webbrowser type used.

vivest will analize the saved data only for statistical purpose. No information will be passed on to third parties.

Data is collected only in the following cases:

• when requesting information material
• when filling out an contact form

The personal data you may give us will only be used for processing. Data won't be pssed on to third parties unless you are informed about it, you gave us your permission or we are legaly bound to. We use your data only for sending the desired information material or to contact you.

We respect your data privacy rights, especially your right to know about saved data. Our staff has obligation of secrecy. Our security meassures are state of the art.

The use of contact data contained in our Website on the Imprint or similar, like postal address, telephone and fax number, as well as e-mail address by third parties for sending not required information is not allowed. We explicitly reserve the right to take legal measures against the sender of the so-called Spam-mails by violation of this prohibition.
